Max Min Temperature

Definition: Record of extreme temperatures (maximum, minimum, and grass-minimum) for a given period and for some sites the mean temperature and mean relative humidity for a given period.

The datatype has six choices:

• Daily MaxMin (metcode=201)
• Hly MaxMin (metcode=203)
• 3Hly MaxMin (metcode=206)
• HlyMean T/RH (metcode=205)
• Dly Grass (metcode=202)
• Hly Grass (metcode=204)

Output Fields

The following output fields are produced:

• Max Temperature (deg C) and Period
• Min Temperature (deg C) and Period
• Grass Min Temperature (deg C) and Period
• Mean Temperature (deg C) and Period
• Mean RH (%) and Period
• Frequency

Notes

Some of the choices are redundant for data output ie they are used only when searching. "Daily MaxMin" and "Dly Grass" produce a single output. The same for "Hly MaxMin, "HlyMean T/RH" and "Hly Grass".
